I'm a Chick-fil-A fan. I love their chicken strips and waffle fries. The service at any location is consistently good, friendly, and accurate. The food is consistently good. I'm always impressed.

Lines wrapped around the entire building absolutely ridiculous. If you order a coffee expected to take 30 extra additional minutes all around sloppy service. I would think twice before coming here

This Chick-fil-A location is great! The employees have great attitudes and ask if they can give you free refills on drinks. The food is great and the restaurant is very clean. I see them at school helping with fundraisers. I have read some other reviews with complaints about the long line. Although there drive thru line gets long at times, they have employees outside taking orders and getting your food ready before you drive up to the speaker. The wait isn't that long. I work down the road and find it to be a great place to get lunch.

Four stars, not five for one main reason. My family loves Chick-fil-A. They are our go to place for chicken, like Costco is for our bulk goods and you know what, they are pretty similar in their great customer service and attention to quality. Yep, I just compared Chick-fil-A to Costco, weird, I know. However, there is one downfall to Chick-fil-A and I hope their customer service trainer at their corporate office reads this. If you hire the right people (which I believe you do) you should not have to prescribe their exact response to every customer. I'm speaking about the "My pleasure" junk that frankly doesn't serve the intent you want it to. When I hear "My pleasure" at every Chick-fil-A store I go to I want to cringe but I impulsively do because I can't stand it. Trust your employees to give a human response when a customer says "Thank you." Possible responses could be "You're welcome," "No problem" "Thank you for coming in" "Let us know if we can help further" and yes even "My pleasure" works but prescribing the exact words to say isn't polite unless the person means it. I believe you hire nice, kind people. Let them be naturally genuinely nice, kind people and I bet it will serve its purpose tenfold.

The drive thru line was really long. That was the only bad thing. The workers are really nice. I had the chicken wrap. And my friend had the chicken tortilla soup, I didn't like that very much.

Fast and friendly! Only thing is that there are a million kids because of the playland. That doesn't stop me from going though.

They are always fast and friendly here! Food is good too. However, it seems when I go through the drive through they always forget something so I have to run in. Other than that this place has great customer service!

I think this is the first review I've ever written for a fast food place but we had such a great experience with this Chick-fil-A that I feel like I should write something. We went in there with our three kids and two of them were having epic meltdowns. We almost turned and walked out but one of their employees rushed over to help us out. He could tell our kids were hungry and grabbed us a couple of little cups of Cheerios which apparently they have out with the napkins and condiments for anybody who wants them. This was my wife's first visit to Chick-fil-A and needless to say she's a fan for life. They care about little details, train even teenage employees to go out of their way to help people and the food is great. I don't know how much it costs to do all of those things right but I assume they are getting a good ROI on the investment since this place is always packed during lunch and dinner. (Oh, my wife just reminded me that they also have plastic kid's placemats that stick to the table but are easy to remove after you're finished eating - we used to buy these online because we like them so much when we travel, it's awesome to go to a restaurant that provides them!)

I can honestly say I eat there almost every day. I love this place! There breakfast is the best too! They have great service and the best chicken sandwich & chicken biscuit you will ever taste. Men, just take your lady here she will love it!

Took my family to diner and it was great. By far the best chicken nuggets I've had. The restaurant was a little crowded but that's to be expected when the food is so good. After ordering they brought the food out to the table witch is nice. They also roamed around and cleared the table for you as needed. I would recommend this restaurant.

Love the food! The playground for the kids is small, but enclosed and the door is a no pinch door. I've always been greeted with a smile and the service is quick without sacrifice for quality. Clean and kept clean. I have several fast-food joints within a quarter mile of my house, but I'm willing to drive down here because it's that good.

Dusty P.
I can honestly say I eat there almost every day. I love this place! The strips with buffalo sauce are the go to favorite, but the new grilled options come in a close second. If you have never tried the hand spun milkshakes, they are a must. Most people don't know this, but Chick-fil-A sells breakfast. The chicken egg and cheese bagel or the biscuits with gravy are my personal favorites.

Dried out chicken breast breaded on a white plain bun. With a pickle. So very average. Wendy's .99 center is better flavored. So little flavor and value. Service is cheerfully average. The most overrated QSR in America.

Chick-fil-A you are wonderful and this location is too! I was visiting friends in Utan and we came through for a quick snack via the drive-thru. Ordered quickly and the meals came in a reasonable amount of time, despite the fact it was lunchtime on a Saturday and there was quite a long line. We noticed behind us that staffers came out to take orders using mobile ordering devices. The flavor was totally consistent, and the staff was friendly and accurate! You've done it again, Chick-fil-A...I wish you had a location like this near Seattle!

I'm from Georgia. I live and breathe Chick-fil-a. But something is not right here. The quality of the food coming from this CFA is subpar. Something is wrong. The chicken is often not seasoned well enough. Often not fried well enough (fully cooked, but not crispy). The sweet tea always tastes like it was left in the container overnight then poured through a sock. I have eaten at this CFA at all hours of the day and various levels of customer load. But it always tastes terrible. Im used to CFAs having consistent quality no matter where you go. This CFA is just consistently bad. Want real CFA, visit the ones in Salt Lake Valley.

Chick-fil-A is already one of my favorite fast food places in existence. The quality of food blurs the line between fast food and full-service restaurants. This particular location has some of the best chicken sandwiches I've ever tasted from a Chick-fil-A. The staff is exceptionally courteous. The grounds and building are spotless. The playground is one of the bigger ones I've seen. It's Chick-fil-A the way I wish all locations were. My only caution is that it can get very busy on Fridays and Saturdays! Come early on those days.

This is my favorite fast food place! Fried Chicken sanny baby with the perfect waffle fries! If you're getting chicken nuggets the Polynesian sauce is the only way to go. I LOVE LOVE LOVE their coleslaw and have you tried the ice cream? The icy-milky texture is so refreshing. The owner is super generous. Always willing to help a fundraiser. This business truly supports the community. I love this place.

I have to say I'm impressed by this Chick-fil-A ... It was super busy - even had order takers going down the drive-thru line. Even with their busy-ness, they helped me and my kids find a table, brought our food out, got me a refill, brought out a little container of Cheerios for my 10-month old, went around handing out mints, offered to get me more refills... The manager was out making sure everything was okay and even was in the play area helping the kids (a grandpa I'm sure). This was probably my best fast-food experience.

Really good chicken! I really like the fry's and the shakes as well. They have many dipping sauces and my kids love to go there. Very family friendly. The food is so good it shouldn't be thought of as fast food.

Ok but not the best it could be. Back in the day when I didn't have such discerning tastes, I thought this (now even bigger) chain restaurant was tops for a good chicken sandwich, but any more this is mediocre at best. It's a classic case of "What have you done for me lately". I used to really love CFA, and years ago when you could only find it in a few select places, back when quality (at least in my opinion) mattered, I would take it over several other choices. Fast forward to now, it's apparent that they are after the almighty dollar, and are placing quantity over quality. Although I still do think they do OK with the quality aspect, I really do think they could do much better. I still place it slightly ahead of Ronny McDonnys, and the Red Headed step child who is about to get a hair cut and a make over, at least as far as chicken goes. Meanwhile, back at the CFA ranch, I feel that the chain has tried and implemented ways to cut corners, while trying to keep up on giving their customers what they have expected over the years. To a certain extent, they have only passively accomplished that. They have added new menu items over the years, to the the point that I they have tried too hard to gain those customers who they want to come back time after time. Back to the basics is what I think they need to do. That, might be too late however, as it would seem, meaning it might be a sign of weakness or decline, but if they start cutting back and eliminating some of their not so great items, and keeping the great ones, then focusing on keeping those items great, I really would think that the quality would begin to reach the levels of years gone by. The simplistic business model of In and Out, where they have a very limited menu, is really what I am talking about. They don't do a lot, but what they do, they do it great, and it has reaped great dividends, not only for them, but for customers who keep coming back, and back, and back. As for CFA, what I see is that the players (workers) scurry around to put out too many things, all you really get is a piece of meat (albeit chicken) thrown between a bun, and off you go! Moooooo. They (the sandwiches) have lost the appearance of being a well made, and well presented sandwich. Chicken sometimes seems under done, breaded coating sometimes soggy, and the little (and I do mean little) chicken strips, or tenders, (whatever they call them) are IMHO pathetically done. Too small, and even soggy as well at times. Good luck, and good night!
